This was the site of another wedding this summer. Big Willy done got hitched. It was a beautiful setting.

I was driving through a small town in Northern Ontario and noticed the scenery was beautiful and felt compelled to pull over and snap this lovely sunset into my memory.

I was moved again by this beautiful end to the day. I snapped this one in a freshly combined field in Kerns.

I enjoyed this delicious Lugtread before Cheese's big showcase. It was delicious and also supported the Beau's team.

Here are my hockey teams of GI Joes. It would appear as if there were a few injuries. I found these while cleaning out a box in the basement.

Montana's Cookhouse gives you brown paper table clothes to decorate at your leisure. This time I chose to draw Trogdor the Burninator. Look it up, it's a thing.

Here, also at Montana's Cookhouse, I tried to recreate the infamous unicorn killing a bear picture that I drew for an assistant a few years ago. The bear leaves much to be desired.

We lost Pepper in the heat. She is missed.

Frawnce, Beer Guy, Cheese and Two Glass of Wine settle into their winter accomodations.

The sky was just too beautiful not to capture in this strange image above my deck.

The sun has set on 2016 but I captured this shot at DW2016 off the dock.

The Beer Guy raised the bar with this breakfast dish he prepared in advance of 18 holes. Complete with green cakes, a syrup hazard, bacon bunker, strawberry tee blocks and a minty ball. Well done!

The Tugboat has foraged some chips before the squirrels got them at DW2016.

Working "safely" with Big T to load some grain at Easter. He's applying a fresh coat of duct tape to the blower so it actually works.

I'm not sure this was okay in 1987 and certainly isn't good nowadays, even in an isolated community.

This was the first beach we visited. It had a dark sand.

We found some nice rocks on the beach. It was cool to see how the rocks interacted with the ocean.

This is where I stayed. Those curtains made up the walls of my "bedroom". It actually worked unbelievably well.

The second beach didn't have sand. Just crushed up shells. It was really neat to look at.

I attempted to be artistic to show where I was. I'm not sure I have a future in seashell art.

On the first cast I caught two fish. Usually I don't catch a thing. That told me that this fishing trip was going to be different.

The second fish I caught didn't bite right away. It actually took half an hour to get a second bite. But we got this on one line. We priced it out at the fish market and it is $24/lb. I could have made almost $75!

While I was reeling in the lane grouper on one line we got a powerful bite on the second line. I rushed to get the first on in and then grabbed the second line and fought this powerful beast onto the pier.

We visited Blowing Rocks Park and I barely got to the sand and plopped down to watch the amazing show put on by the waves. It was really something to watch. 

On the lagoon side the sand is more like a tropical beach. This is the side that Tiger Woods lives on, not the rough, windy ocean side.

I get this when I have breakfast with my sister. Dish is called Tim and Biebs went to prison from a spot called the Shack. It’s got fried chicken under scrambled eggs atop hashed potatoes with sausage gravy.

This was a random pairing of a couple of tasty things that found their way into my life. It was a success.

I once had the idea to to create a better version of a Big Mac and I prefer breakfast food so this was the result.

I mixed up some sauces in an interesting combination, the combination was amazing.

New company, new headshot to start 2019.

My parents got me some nice ballons and a plant to celebrate me getting a new job.

I painted this dinosaur with Ron’s daughter. It was a beautiful piece of art.

Cheese got me a gift card for laser tag and we had a great adventure.

Some times the best food comes from unexpected places. This tasty meal was from the restaurant inside a gas station in Quebec.
